Second, the logo design featured a continuous line across the brim and crown, making accurate embroidery and alignment crucial to avoid a misaligned and low-quality appearance. Finally, the intricate logo design with fine lines required advanced embroidery techniques to ensure clarity and detail.

To overcome these challenges, Gahumi implemented several key solutions. First, we sourced small-batch custom dyeing to precisely match the client's specified Pantone colors, ensuring brand consistency.
